By accessing or using TheraMe AI (“TheraMe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our platform and services (the “Services”).

2. Purpose of the Services

TheraMe AI provides digital wellness tools, including journaling, goal setting, to-do lists, meditation, and a self-reflective AI chatbot on the Therapy Page. These tools are intended solely for personal wellness support and do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention services.

TheraMe is not a substitute for professional mental health care and should not be relied upon for diagnosing or treating health issues. Users in crisis should seek immediate assistance from qualified mental health professionals.

3. Appropriate Use of the Services

You agree to use TheraMe’s Services responsibly and for the purposes intended. You must not misuse the Services, including by:

• Engaging in activities that violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of the Services or TheraMe’s systems.
• Entering or sharing information that could be classified as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) on the Therapy Page or with the AI chatbot.

By using TheraMe, you acknowledge that any information shared on the Therapy Page or with the AI chatbot should be limited to general wellness topics and should not include PII or PHI. TheraMe is not liable for any data you choose to input in violation of these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

TheraMe AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheraMe disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to their fitness for a particular purpose or reliability.

TheraMe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including any damage resulting from the sharing of sensitive information in violation of these Terms.

5. Modifications to the Services

TheraMe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
